A port of Dexed, an FM Synthesizer. It offers over 20,000 Cartridges with 32 patches each. The app includes an AudioUnit AUv3 plugin that is compatible with AUM and other DAW apps such as GarageBand. For enhanced functionality, users can connect a MIDI controller using a camera kit through USB or a 5-PIN DIN 1/in 1/out to USB using the USB MIDI Spec. It's important to note that support for SysEx may vary across devices, so connectors and cables should be selected thoughtfully.

In the app, users can access useful features such as the LOCK SCROLL function by clicking on the eye menu. This feature is crucial for adjusting knobs and sliders on limited screen sizes without affecting presets. Additionally, double-tapping a cartridge in the CARTs menu loads a series of patches saved with a .syx extension.

To utilize MIDI CC controls, users must activate MIDI CC in the eye menu. Once enabled, tap events simulate the function of a right mouse button click. It's worth noting that MIDI CC touch modifier deactivates after successfully mapping a control or deleting current mappings.

For optimal usability, it's recommended to position CC knobs in the lower section of the screen above the keyboard if visible. Currently, patches need to be saved within a DAW like GarageBand or AUM. Future updates are expected to establish unity between the AUv3 plugin and the StandAlone app, enabling external save functionalities.
